Order processing

We aim to process all orders within 24 business hours of them being placed. From there they are passed onto our distribution centres for packing and shipping. Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on what the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.

 

Free shipping terms

Free shipping will only apply to orders of €49.99 and above. Orders below €49.99 will incur a flat shipping rate of €10.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, which you can use to track your order online here.
